Billy was signed over into RSPCA care as a pre-owned cat. Billy is a calm natured and sociable cat, he likes being stroked and picked up. He is inquisitive and appears unphased by other male and female cats in the vicinity. Billy would make a lovely pet cat, also for first time cat owners because he is so easy going and friendly, a lovely young, healthy cat. Billy would like to be able to go outside to explore as well as enjoy home comforts and lots of company.
