Cats For Adoption
Bringing an animal into your home can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, particularly if adopting from an animal rescue centre. Animal welfare is at the heart of the RSPCA’s work and as such we want all potential owners to give considerable thought to the kind of animal they wish to adopt and whether it will fit into their existing lifestyle.

To reserve an animal after viewing a deposit of £25 is required. Please note we do not have card payment facilities so cash or cheque only please.

Summer was a stray cat which RSPCA East Berks branch rescued together with her four kittens from someone’s garden. Summer had been seen straying around by concerned neighbours for some time. Luckily Summer and her kittens were saved and Summer has the most lovely laid back good nature towards people and she has raised her kittens very well and are all healthy. After enduring life as a stray and also giving birth to her kittens in risky conditions until rescued, Summer deserves to be loved and cared for in her forever home. She is a friendly, sociable, lovable cat who is suited to a family home environment, but she is also a typical cat who likes her own space too as well as company and a fuss, with access to a safe outside garden space. Summer is best off as the only cat within the household. Within branch care Summer has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, fit and well. Ready for her forever home.
