Cats For Adoption
Bringing an animal into your home can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, particularly if adopting from an animal rescue centre. Animal welfare is at the heart of the RSPCA’s work and as such we want all potential owners to give considerable thought to the kind of animal they wish to adopt and whether it will fit into their existing lifestyle.
If you are interested in giving a home to one of the animals, please fill in the enquiry form provided on the animal's profile, or call 07852 481 079
To reserve an animal after viewing a deposit of £25 is required. Please note we do not have card payment facilities so cash or cheque only please.

Thai was signed over into RSPCA care after being abandoned by his previous owner. Thai arrived at the branch very scared and withdrawn with a face full of scratches, we know he had to fend for himself outside for quite a while, battling to be fed and defend himself from other cats. It has taken several weeks for Thai to now show his true character, which is a cautiously affectionate and sensitive boy who likes to be stroked and is gaining trust in his new surroundings, now confident to explore. It is early days for Thai to show signs of wanting to play, his priority seems to be to he just wants the reassurance from people again and to be loved. Thai is an FIV positive cat with no health concerns, but he will need to be adopted as an indoor only cat with no other pets within the home. Experienced cat owners who can offer a calm household would be ideal for Thai’s new forever home. He is a lovely cat.
