Bringing an animal into your home can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, particularly if adopting from an animal rescue centre. Animal welfare is at the heart of the RSPCA’s work and as such we want all potential owners to give considerable thought to the kind of animal they wish to adopt and whether it will fit into their existing lifestyle.

To reserve an animal after viewing a deposit of £25 is required. Please note we do not have card payment facilities so cash or cheque only please.

We are looking for a very special home for Chilli, someone with experience and patience to help this gorgeous young cat to adjust to home life. Chilli came to us when she was found in a garden with her 3 kittens! She had trouble settling which is normal for a cat with her limited exposure to scary humans. However, over the last few weeks in the cattery she has become much more relaxed around people, not to the extent that she will allow herself to be stroked yet but she is inquisitive and calm, a long way from where she was when she first came in. If she can be adopted by someone committed to helping her on her journey to feeling safe and loved, they will surely have the beautiful reward of a happy cat.
