Cats For Adoption
Bringing an animal into your home can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, particularly if adopting from an animal rescue centre. Animal welfare is at the heart of the RSPCA’s work and as such we want all potential owners to give considerable thought to the kind of animal they wish to adopt and whether it will fit into their existing lifestyle.
If you are interested in giving a home to one of the animals, please fill in the enquiry form provided on the animal's profile, or call 07852 481 079
To reserve an animal after viewing a deposit of £25 is required. Please note we do not have card payment facilities so cash or cheque only please.

Tabitha was abandoned when her owner died and no-one came forward to take her in. She was fed by neighbours for a few years but recently she sustained an injury to her hip (maybe an RTA) which needed surgery. Tabitha was taken to a vet who looked after her and operated on her hip. She is now healing well but not best pleased at being in a cattery! Tabitha had blood tests for FIV/FeLV plus all the usual organs, all negative so basically is a very healthy cat! We think she may take a little time to adjust to being in a home again but she is friendly, purrs easily and very opinionated so we are looking for an experienced cat owner with the time and patience to help her settle in a new home. The best environment for her would be no other cats or dogs and no young children, after all, she is a “naughty tortie”!
Tabitha is not yet signed off by the vet but should be ready for her new home in early June.
