Cats For Adoption

Bringing an animal into your home can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, particularly if adopting from an animal rescue centre. Animal welfare is at the heart of the RSPCA’s work and as such we want all potential owners to give considerable thought to the kind of animal they wish to adopt and whether it will fit into their existing lifestyle.

If you are interested in giving a home to one of the animals, please fill in the enquiry form provided on the animal's profile, or call 07852 481 079

To reserve an animal after viewing a deposit of £25 is required. Please note we do not have card payment facilities so cash or cheque only please.

Theo RESERVED

  • Age: 6 years approx
  • Breed: Domestic short hair
  • Colour: Ginger and white
  • Gender: Male

Theo was from a multi cat household and has arrived in RSPCA East Berks branch’s care with his two siblings Fifi and Podrick. Theo is currently wary of people but not aggressive and finds it hard to fully relax and be stroked, he keeps calm if given space and his happy place is with Podrick by his side. The branch team are hopeful that Theo will come out of his shell and start to settle and will help develop Theo’s trust, social skills and get him settled with gentle encouragement. In an ideal world it would be lovely if Theo could be adopted with Fifi and Podrick, but equally Theo would prefer a peaceful home with experienced cat owners who can give Theo the care and love he deserves, with the opportunity to explore a safe outdoor space.
